Demand-letter response kit
You received a demand letter. Here is what is actually wrong, and the plan.
Who it is for
Online stores and service businesses that have received a website accessibility demand letter or complaint.
What you receive
- Findings report: what is actually wrong, with evidence
- Remediation plan with dates your developers can commit to
- Accessibility Conformance Report in the VPAT 2.5 WCAG format
- Draft cover memorandum for your counsel to review
- One free re-review within 14 days
We document good-faith steps. We do not give legal advice; have counsel review everything before it is sent.
How it is produced
Up to 50 pages are loaded in a real browser and tested with two accessibility engines and our own probes. Linked PDFs are inspected. The consolidated evidence is assessed criterion by criterion, the documents are written, and a person reviews the draft before release. Extra pages are $5 each. Sites behind a login are supported with a test account, which is encrypted in your browser before it reaches us.
