For customers
Crediting your report.
If you publish an accessibility statement, you may name the report and the date in it, and you may show the badge. Optional, and the wording below is the only wording we ask you to use.
Why a credit line, and why these words
Universities, public entities and procurement teams read accessibility statements for one thing: evidence. A sentence that names an independent report and its date is evidence. A claim that a site is “certified” or “approved” is not, because no report can promise what a site will be next month. So the credit says what was done and when, and nothing more.
The wording, the HTML and the badge
Replace the product name and date with the ones from your order; both are prefilled in your portal after delivery.
A sentence for your accessibility statement
Accessibility Conformance Report for this website prepared by Conformance Desk (conformancedesk.com), October 2026. The report is available on request.
The same credit as HTML, with a link
<p>Accessibility Conformance Report prepared by <a href="https://conformancedesk.com/">Conformance Desk</a>, October 2026.</p>
The badge
232 by 56 pixels, SVG, with its own alt text. Place it in your footer or on your accessibility page.
<a href="https://conformancedesk.com/"><img src="https://conformancedesk.com/badge/conformance-desk-report.svg" alt="Accessibility report by Conformance Desk, October 2026" width="232" height="56"></a>
- Entirely optional. Nothing in your order depends on it.
- Keep the date. Take the credit down after a major redesign or after 12 months unless the site has been re-reviewed.
- Do not change the wording to say certified, approved, or free of defects. A report records what was found on a date; it does not promise anything about the site afterwards.
Where to put it
- In your accessibility statement, under the paragraph that describes your current status or how the site was reviewed. Our statement generator can include it for you.
- In the site footer next to your accessibility link, as the badge or as the one-line HTML credit.
- In a procurement response, beside the report itself.
Rules
- The credit names a report and a date. It is not a seal of approval and must not be presented as one.
- If the site changes substantially, or 12 months pass, take the credit down or order a re-review.
- You may link the credit to this site, to your statement, or to nothing. You may not link it to a page that implies we endorse your product.
